TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking, Registration & Payment

• Picnic and campsite bookings will be confirmed only after submission of the registration form along with 75% advance payment. The remaining 25% balance must be paid at the time of check-in.
• Payments once confirmed are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• A minimum of 50 participants is required to operate a batch.
• All activities are conducted under management discretion. Any changes, rescheduling, or modifications made by management due to weather, safety, or operational requirements must be accepted without objection.

Health, Medical & Safety

• All medical conditions, allergies, disabilities, or special needs must be disclosed prior to the visit.
• Participants must strictly follow all safety instructions and guidance provided by campsite staff.
• Required medicines must be provided with clear instructions and proper labeling.
• First-aid facilities are available at the campsite.
• All activities must be performed only under strict staff supervision.

Supervision & Responsibility

• Teachers, group leaders, or guardians are responsible for supervising participants outside organized activities.
• Participants must cooperate with campsite staff at all times.

Conduct, Discipline & Property Damage

• Participants must respect nature, animals, fellow guests, staff, and campsite property.
• Bullying, rough behavior, misuse of facilities, or unsafe conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in restricted or cancelled participation.
• The campsite reserves the right to limit or stop participation in activities in case of misconduct.
• Any damage caused to campsite or resort property shall be chargeable and must be financially compensated before departure or before granting further permission.

Activities & Risk

• Adventure and outdoor activities involve inherent risks.
• Participation in activities is voluntary and subject to compliance with all safety instructions.
• Activity schedules may be modified, delayed, or cancelled based on weather, safety, or operational conditions.

Animal & Nature-Based Activities

• Animal-related activities are conducted considering animal health, routine, and well-being.
• Participants must strictly follow staff instructions and must not disturb, tease, or harm animals.
• Animal activities may be modified or cancelled at management discretion.
• Any activity that harms, stresses, or disturbs animals will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Personal Belongings & Valuables

• Participants are advised not to carry valuables or expensive electronic items.
• The campsite is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Mobile phones and electronic devices may be restricted during activities for safety reasons.

Dress Code & Equipment

• Participants must wear comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor and adventure activities.
• Closed sports or trekking shoes are mandatory. Party shoes, sandals, slippers, chappals, flip-flops, heels, or open footwear are strictly not allowed for adventure activities.
• Participants not following dress or safety guidelines may be restricted from participating in activities.

Environment, Cleanliness & Property

• The campsite must be kept clean and litter-free at all times.
• Use of trash bins and eco-friendly practices is mandatory.
• Damage to campsite or resort property will be chargeable to the responsible individual or group.
• Campfires or open flames are allowed only under staff supervision.

Emergencies & Communication

• Any injury, illness, or incident must be reported to campsite staff immediately.
• Emergency instructions and procedures must be followed at all times.
• Lost items must be reported without delay.

Photography & Media

• Photographs and videos captured at the campsite may be used for official and promotional purposes.
• Requests to exclude participation must be submitted in writing before the scheduled visit.

Resort Area Access & Trespassing

• Unauthorized entry or trespassing into restricted resort areas is strictly prohibited.
• Any individual found trespassing will be liable to a financial penalty of up to ₹5,000.

Swimming Pool Rules

• Use of the swimming pool is allowed only under strict staff supervision.
• Any individual below the specified minimum height is not allowed inside the pool.
• Proper swimming attire is mandatory. Individuals without appropriate swimwear will not be permitted to enter the pool.
• Participants must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the pool staff.
• The campsite/resort is not responsible for accidents or injuries due to non-compliance with these rules.

Acceptance of Terms

• Booking confirmation and participation indicate acceptance of all Terms & Conditions stated above.
• The campsite reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when required.
