A.A.R.T.I Summer Camp is a nature-based campsite where children learn, explore and grow through fun outdoor experiences. Activities like pottery, art & craft, music, dance, nature walks and adventure games help build confidence, creativity and teamwork while connecting children with nature in a safe, eco-friendly and inspiring environment.

- Sleepwear, Toiletries (Toothpaste, Soap, Shampoo)
- Oil, Comb, Lotion & Sunscreen
- Sunglasses, Insect Repellent, Flashlight/Torch
- Small backpack, Personal ID (e.g. Nametag, ID card)
- Necessary Medication or Emergency Supplies
- Extra cushions and blankets if needed for personal comfort.
❌ What NOT to Bring
- Electronic items like mobile phones, laptops, gaming consoles, tablets, etc.
- Valuable items like cash, jewellery, expensive watches, valuable toys.
- Miscellaneous items like outside food, drinks, sharp objects, fireworks, or pets.
- Intoxicating substances or any items that violate camp rules.

Summer Camp – Terms & Conditions
- Registration is confirmed only after submission of the completed registration form along with full payment of the camp fees.
- Once registration is confirmed, the fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- The Summer Camp program is designed for children between 6 to 15 years of age.
- Participants must provide valid ID proof such as Aadhar Card, Birth Certificate, School ID, or any government-approved identification.
- A minimum of 8 participants is required to conduct a camp batch.
- Parents/guardians are requested to select two preferred batch dates during registration. If the first selected batch cannot be conducted due to insufficient registrations, the participant will automatically be shifted to the second selected batch.
- Participants may request a change of batch up to 1 week before the start date, subject to availability.
- Parents/guardians must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, disabilities, dietary restrictions, or special health needs during registration. Any medicines required must be properly labeled.
- All activities are planned, organized, and supervised by the campsite management and trained instructors. Pool activities will be conducted only under strict staff supervision.
- The management reserves the right to modify, reschedule, replace, or cancel any activity due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational requirements.
- Electronic devices may be restricted during camp activities to encourage outdoor learning.
- Any injury, illness, or incident must be reported immediately to the camp staff. Campers will be given designated time once daily to communicate with parents.
- Any damage caused to campsite property may be financially chargeable to the responsible participant.
- Participants must not tease, disturb, or harm animals under any circumstances.
- Photographs and videos may be captured during camp activities for documentation, marketing, and promotional purposes. Parents who wish to exclude their child from media usage must inform the management in writing before the camp begins.
- The campsite is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- By registering for the Summer Camp, parents/guardians confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions.
